Sales Conditions

These conditions apply to purchases of Gauntlet licenses from Objectif Thunes, Sydney, Australia. They complement the Terms of Use.

1. The product

You are buying a software license for the Gauntlet macOS application (1.x series), delivered digitally. Requirements: macOS 15 or later. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Price

Gauntlet costs $49 USD (one-time) for the first 1,000 licenses sold, and $99 USD (one-time) thereafter. The applicable tier is determined at the moment of purchase. Prices exclude any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction; taxes are shown and added at checkout.

3. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), acting as merchant of record; we never see your card details. Your license key is delivered to your email address immediately after successful payment. If it doesn't arrive within an hour, check spam and then email us.

4. License activation

Your license key activates the app on up to 5 Macs. You can deactivate a machine at any time from within the app to free a slot. Keys never expire. Lost your key? Retrieve your order anytime at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders.

5. Refunds

14 days, no questions. If Gauntlet isn't for you, email contact@objectifthunes.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and we'll refund the full amount to the original payment method. Your license is deactivated on refund. Statutory consumer rights that give you more than this are not affected.

6. Updates and support

Every 1.x update is included in the purchase price. Support is provided by email at contact@objectifthunes.com — we aim to reply within two business days (Sydney time).

7. Availability

Digital delivery means the product is available worldwide. If a legal or sanctions restriction prevents us from selling to your country, checkout will say so before you pay.
